FINSAT 2019, SL QUALITY POLICY

FINSAT 2019 SL expresses its commitment and support to the Quality initiative in relation to its activity of:

“Technical service in electromedicine and laboratory”.

In our desire to achieve greater quality in our services, we have established the following maxims to comply with, taking into account that this policy provides the frame of reference to establish the relevant objectives:

  1. Comply with current regulations corresponding to each activity carried out by the company, in relation to quality.
  2. Carry out work in accordance with the quality specifications established by clients.
  3. Ensure that the provision of the service meets customer expectations, in quality, time and cost, promoting a culture of permanent interaction with them to know their needs and expectations in the various services provided.
  4. Promote good quality practices in the performance of the activities of FINSAT 2019 SL workers
  5. Promote innovation actions, mainly technological, in order to carry out activities in the most efficient way possible.
  6. Promote the commitment to continuous improvement of the Quality management system to improve performance.
  7. Select our suppliers under quality criteria, carrying out control and monitoring through periodic evaluations to guarantee the highest quality in the performance of the services provided and products supplied externally. Based on this evaluation and as long as there are no non-conformities in the services provided by these suppliers, they will remain as approved suppliers.

To achieve these objectives, the Management of FINSAT 2019 SL has implemented the following actions:

  • Establish a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Promote a culture of work, effort and proactivity among its workers.
  • Establish the commitment to continuous improvement of our processes and working conditions, towards the Quality of our services and products, customer satisfaction, including pollution prevention, and other specific commitments pertinent to the context of the organization.
  • Adequately train personnel to carry out their activities with the level of quality required in each case. In this way they are participants in respecting our policy in all their activities.
  • Create effective communication channels among company personnel to disseminate knowledge or best practices that can result in an improvement in the quality of the work to be carried out.

This Quality Policy:

  • It is presented in order to constitute the reference framework to establish and review the Quality objectives of FINSAT 2019 SL
  •  It is available to all interested parties who request its knowledge and is communicated to all people who work for FINSAT 2019 SL or on behalf of it, with the purpose of making them aware of their individual obligations and responsibilities to comply with in matters of Quality.
  •  It is reviewed periodically in order to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the requirements of FINSAT 2019 SL and its Quality Management System.
